Dairy Queen Releases an All-New Blizzard Menu for Fall

On Monday, Dairy Queen dropped its new Fall Blizzard Treat Menu that it says is meant to turn fall dread into a seasonal celebration — and is even giving out free ones to get everyone excited. 

“Whether stopping for a treat following a busy school day or satisfying a sweet craving after a fall activity, DQ has always been a destination for family and friends to spend quality time together,” Maria Hokanson, the executive vice president of marketing at American Dairy Queen, shared in a statement. 

As the brand explained, fans can enjoy both “new and returning favorites,” including its highly seasonally appropriate Pumpkin Pie Blizzard Treat. Here’s what you need to know about each returning flavor. 

Returning: Pumpkin Pie Blizzard Treat

As Dairy Queen explained in a press release, the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard is made with “real pumpkin pie pieces” and is blended with DQ’s proprietary soft serve, then topped with whipped topping and nutmeg for some fall flair. 

Returning: French Silk Pie Blizzard Treat

Once again customers can enjoy a Blizzard made with “Choco chunks, pie pieces, and cocoa fudge” blended into soft serve that’s topped with more whipped topping. 

New: Caramel Java Chip Blizzard Treat

New this year, fans can get their hands on the Blizzard made with “coffee, choco-espresso crunch pieces, and caramel topping,” blended with that same soft serve. 

New: OREO Fudge Brownie Blizzard Treat

Also joining the menu is the Oreo Fudge Blizzard made with Oreo pieces, brownies, and cocoa fudge in its soft serve. .

New: Salted Caramel Truffle Blizzard Treat

Looking for more of a salty sweet treat? Try the Salted Caramel Truffles blended with toffee pieces, choco chunks, and cocoa fudge in — what else — Dairy Queen’s soft serve. 

New: Reese’s Pieces Cookie Dough Blizzard Treat

For more of a candy crunch try the Reese’s Pieces Blizzard with the brand’s candy, chocolate chip cookie dough, and peanut butter topping blended with soft serve.

New: Royal NY Cheesecake Blizzard Treat

Finally, there’s the Cheesecake Blizzard blended with actual cheesecake pieces and graham in DQ’s soft serve topped with strawberry topping. 

If any of these sound enticing you better hurry, because just like fall, these flavors are only available for a limited time. And in case you need a little extra motivation to go try one, Dairy Queen is also offering a Buy One, Get One Deal. Between September 9 and September 22, customers can snag the Blizzard Treat offer through the DQ Mobile App participating locations across the U.S.
