Tech platform Goodlord has launched a service designed to offer agents a package of services to manage tenancies and stay compliant.
The service is called Complete Tenancy Management and gives agents access to a range of tools needed to manage a tenancy over its lifetime.
They include a suite of contracts and regulatory support to ensure compliance, a range of integrations with other property management services, and tenant payment management support, such as registering and holding deposits, handling move-in money, and providing rent reminders.

This offering also comes with access to Goodlord’s PRO tenant referencing tool, while the rollout is the latest installment of Goodlord’s Willow platform, unveiled in November.
