Well, whatever this was that started on reality TV, it’s continuing into actual reality.
JoJo Siwa shocked fans by falling into an unexplained but clearly powerful relationship with Love Island alum Chris Hughes on Celebrity Big Brother UK. It was friendship, sure… but with cuddling, kissing of body parts, hot tub closeness. The Karma singer had previously identified as a lesbian, so everyone was pretty confused. Especially her partner Kath Ebbs — whom she promptly dumped as soon as the show was over. At the after party no less!
So… what about now? In the cold light of day? Without the cameras and the sleep deprivation and being cooped up in a fake house with fake roommates? It’s still happening!

Chris endured a 12-hour flight to Mexico City just to hang out backstage at JoJo’s concert Sunday night. And probably to celebrate her 22nd birthday, which is on Monday. And the pop star was so happy to see her “soulmate” she posted about it on her Snapchat, captioning a super smiley pic:
“Very happy girl”
Oh, and here they are at her concert. Damn, she’s strong!
But the most telling pic was courtesy of Chris. He posted on his Snapchat a pic of the two of them back in one of their old faves — cuddling on the couch! He wrote:
“Finally reunited”
And it feels so good, we guess??
