Peta Murgatroyd is revealing whether or not she will be on the ballroom floor for the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars.
The 38-year-old pro dancer and two-time mirror ball champion confirmed during a Thursday (August 29) Instagram live that she will not be on the cast for season 33.

“In terms of me,” she said on her live, “Dancing With the Stars, guys, I’m sorry, it’s not this season.”
She added that “it’s just too soon.”
Peta‘s lack of involvement doesn’t come as much of a surprise as she just gave birth to her third child, Milan, in July.
She had nearly back-to-back pregnancies with husband Maksim Chmerkovskiy, having given birth to their second child, Rio, in June 2023.
Peta did compete in season 22, alongside her celeb partner Barry Williams. They were eliminated eighth.
She has competed as a pro a total of 15 times, and won in seasons 14 and 22, with Donald Driver and Nyle DiMarco, respectively.
Another pro dancer has also been confirmed to not return this upcoming season, however, a past pro is making their comeback after not competing last year.
