Pineapple-Beer Cocktail

Inspired by the shandies and radlers of the world, this pineapple-beer cocktail recipe is reminiscent of both. While shandies are traditionally made with lemon and radlers can take any fruit juice, this tropical sipper shines the spotlight on pineapple juice, lime, and ginger beer for a zestier edge than citrus alone. The IPA delivers depth and balance to this sharp, hoppy drink. It’s hands down a refreshing, summery drink that’s easy to drink and, of course, simple to make.

If you’re not a fan of IPA, you can use another style of ale or a pale lager, like a pilsner.
