Simone Biles has already become the most decorated gymnast in history, but now the four-time gold medalist has returned for the 2024 Paris Olympics in one of the most-anticipated comebacks during this year’s gymnastics competition.

“I knew I wasn’t done after the performances in Tokyo,” Biles recently said at the U.S. Olympic trials, ahead of the Paris Olympics. “This is definitely our redemption tour. I feel like we all have more to give.” Now, just in time for the summer games, Biles’ fans can revisit the gymnastics star’s online MasterClass to find out just what it takes to become one of the greatest athletes of all time.

Officially called “Simone Biles Teaches Gymnastic Fundamentals,” the MasterClass course features several different lessons, including coursework titles like “Uneven Bars Basics,” “Vault Advanced,” and “Maturing as a Gymnast,” to name a few.

“When I was a young gymnast, I was exactly like you,” Biles says in the trailer for her online MasterClass. “I had a lot of love and passion for the sport, but little Simone, she just flailed her body in the air and thought it was the greatest thing of all time … I needed to work on my technique and fundamental skills to improve.”

Although Biles’ MasterClass initially launched in 2019, there’s never been a better time to take the 17-part course online, as the gold medalist is scheduled to compete in several upcoming events for Team USA in the City of Light.

While Biles’ MasterClass features technique-specific lessons, the courses also offer lessons on “Overcoming Fear,” “Competing on Meet Day,” and “Setting Goals.”

“Every year, I actually try to write down my goals… I try to focus on short term and long term, because if you look at your overall goal package, it can get a little bit stressful and overwhelming,” Biles says in one of her courses.

As MasterClass puts it: Biles “teaches her training techniques — from beginner to advanced — so you can practice like a champion.” The learning platform’s description of the lessons also says that Biles “breaks down her techniques for vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor. Discover how Simone performs under pressure, learn to practice like a champion, and claim your competitive edge.”

Starting at $10 a month, a MasterClass Standard subscription includes access to Biles’ fundamentals course and 200+ other classes on the platform. A MasterClass Premium plan, however, is the best value at $20 a month. It offers offline access for up to six devices at once. In addition to Biles’ course, MasterClass also offers lessons taught by celebs, athletes, and artists alike, including Usher, Samuel L. Jackson, Natalie Portman, Steve Martin, Mariah Carey, Misty Copeland, and Serena Williams.

Biles, meantime, will next compete in the Paris Olympics on Tuesday, July 30, during the women’s team final, which streams live on Peacock and NBC.
