Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow is officially in the works – and we’re finding out who’s joining the cast!
The highly anticipated movie will be the second installment in the new DC Universe (DCU). It’s being directed by Craig Gillespie and written by Ana Nogueira.
Production reportedly wrapped recently, with filming taking place in both England and Iceland.
The film is scheduled to hit theaters on June 26, 2026.
Here’s the official synopsis via Variety: “Supergirl travels across the galaxy to celebrate her 21st birthday with Krypto the Superdog. Along the way, she meets a young woman named Ruthye and winds up on a murderous quest for revenge.”
While the full lineup hasn’t been announced yet, a few key stars have already been confirmed – including the actress playing Supergirl and a major star set to make a cameo!
