These White Abercrombie Jeans Are a Writer Favorite

White jeans are a must-have for summer, but finding your perfect pair can be a struggle. Allow me to help: I found a pair so comfy, I could sleep in them. These Abercrombie jeans are my new favorite for wearing to work, out to dinner, and everywhere else this summer. And other people love them, too, as some sizes are already selling out. I was shocked by how soft and comfy the jeans were the first time I tried them on. They felt worn in right from the get go, and I was able to easily sit and bend down without any break-in period. Thanks to the lightweight cotton and lyocell material, the jeans don’t feel stiff and stuffy in the summer heat, either. One reviewer said, “The fabric is flowy and so comfortable!”

Not only are the white jeans soft, but the wide-leg silhouette also practically feels like I’m wearing lounge pants. While the roomy pant legs are comfy, they still look tailored enough to dress up. I’ve worn them with a button-down shirt for an office-appropriate look and with a tucked-in T-shirt and cute sneakers for a more casual feel. 

I tend to be wary of white bottoms because I worry about them being see through. Though these pants are super lightweight, you can’t see through them at all (I wore nude underwear; colors might show through). If you’re in the market for darker washes, the jeans also come in dark, light, and black rinses. While I haven’t felt the texture of the other colors, they all have the same or similar fabric make-up, so they’re likely extremely soft, too. 

When it comes to the fit, I appreciate that the high-rise waist doesn’t slide down when I bend over or sit down, meaning I don’t have to constantly adjust the pants or pull them up. The jeans come in short, regular, and long inseams, and some colors even have extra short and extra long options. There are sizes ranging from 23 to 38 available, too (some lengths and sizes are currently sold out in the white rinse).
