This Clever $6 Pot Scraper Cleans Sheet Pans in Under a Minute

I love social media food trends—it’s how I’ve learned about everything from butter boards and grocery store tourism to using a milk frother to make tequila taste better. And I had the perfect task for this tool: After cooking bacon, a bunch of the grease slid under my silicone mat, leaving my pan oily and gross. As someone with ADHD, I found the four clean, easy strokes I used to get the grease off deeply satisfying and appreciated that my pan was also back in tip-top shape after minimal effort. I gleefully looked around my kitchen for other items I could scrape. (I may or may not be purposefully allowing food to stick to pots and pans now just so I can use the tool.)
