Christina Hall Reveals REAL Reason She Followed Ex Ant Anstead On IG Amid Josh Hall Divorce!
Christina Hall is finally ready to have an amicable relationship with one of her exes! And no, we’re not talking about Joshua Hall! The wound is still too fresh with that one! Instead, the ex in question is Ant Anstead.
It appeared the Christina on the Coast star followed her second husband on Instagram earlier this week. The news came as quite a shock, considering they’d been at each other’s throats following their divorce! Why is she following Ant all of a sudden? Well, a fan suggested in the comments of a post on her feed that the Wheelers Dealer host should replace Joshua in her upcoming series, The Flip Off, with her other ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, and his new wife, Heather Rae.

You see, Christina’s husband Josh was supposed to star in the show with the trio. However, the pair are no longer together! They filed for divorce and are at odds over things like money and the rights to her shows. So yeah, Christina and Joshua working together now is not a good idea! She, Heather, and Tarek are thus doing the show without him. Will they add a new person to their group? Someone like Ant? We will have to wait to find out! But Christina’s response to the fan on their idea of the 45-year-old television presenter taking over for Josh? It wasn’t a yes — but it also wasn’t a no! She said:
“LOL that would be genius ‘ratings’ idea just sayin.”
Naturally, we wondered if Christina following Ant meant she was seriously considering the fan’s suggestion! Perhaps she was going to reach out to him about the gig! On the other hand, these two share a 4-year-old son, Hudson. There’s a strong chance Christina possibly just made a peace offering to her baby daddy instead. And it turns out the latter is exactly her reason behind the follow! Sorry if you were down for the fan’s idea…
Per People on Thursday, in a conversation with Backgrid, Christina shared that she decided to follow Ant on Instagram to start building a better co-parenting relationship with him for their son:
“Ant and I share Hudson… and I feel like he deserves to have us get along.”
Wow! As you know, Christina is also a mom to 13-year-old daughter Taylor and 8-year-old son Braydon, whom she shares with Tarek. The two parents have managed to co-parent really well together — unlike her and Ant. She continued:
“Tarek [El Moussa], Heather and I get along really well. It’s been really nice to co-parent with them. He has my back. We get along really well.”
