Here’s where to plan that spontaneous (and not at all last minute) trip for your Valentine:

Guests celebrating all types of love can take advantage of a special offer of a third night free, leaving more time to make memories in Chef Gavin Kaysen’s Mara, the rooftop Nordic Village and The Spa. Every Monday, an evolving two-course lunch includes access to a seasonal dessert cart, an Valentine’s Day dinner features a five-course tasting experience with the option to add wine pairings and Champagne.

Head to Chicago’s West Loop this February for couples’ retreat in one of the coolest parts of town. This season, Nobu’s Chicago property is offering up to 20% off two to three-night stays, a split of champagne, a decadent chocolate welcome amenity, and an exclusive Nobu travel candle featuring Nobu Hotels signature scent Yuzu Ginger. Available to book until February 13 for stays during the month of February.

After a four-year closure, the iconic Four Seasons Hotel New York in Midtown Manhattan reopened in November 2024. Nestled in the Art Deco lobby, the reopened TY Bar offers a refined inviting ambiance with plush red velvet booths and a grand fireplace. This Valentine’s Day, the romantic atmosphere will be enhanced with red roses and glowing candles, plus an indulgent menu featuring sea urchin crostini topped with lemon-cured quail egg and shaved truffle, East and West Coast oysters served with Belvedere crème fraîche and Ossetra caviar, and the regular à la carte menu. Overlooking Manhattan, 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge offers a hyper romantic setting to enjoy their In Love with Love Package. Celebrate the month of love with up to 40% off your stay and a bottle of bubbles delivered to your room to set the mood. On February 14, the rooftop restaurant Harriet’s Lounge will offer a prix fixe tasting menu, live music by Schado Music, and admission to the Rose Gold Party, where the night continues with live DJs, dancing, and signature cocktails.

This Valentine’s Day, treat yourself to an unforgettable weekend of romance at this new boutique property in Fishtown. Anna and Bel’s Valentine’s Retreat Package includes a complimentary bottle of bubbly, a box of chocolates, and a floral arrangement in-room upon arrival. The stay experience also includes a $100 dining credit at either of the hotel’s F&B outlets, Bastia, a Mediterranean-inspired concept, or Caletta, Bastia’s sister cocktail lounge, both from Chef Tyler Akin of Form-Function Hospitality. Dawn Ranch in Guerneville, California is offering a romantic getaway in Sonoma with a Valentine’s Package that includes a stay in a cozy private cabin and an intimate dinner for two at The Lodge at Dawn Ranch, the hotel’s onsite upscale dining experience from Chefs Juliana Thorpe and Ignacio Zuzulich. The specialty six course pre-fixe menu features seasonal dungeness crab, housemade stuffed pasta, and wagyu steak, with an optional wine pairing option. Guests who book the Valentine’s Package can also head to the spa for a romantic couples massage, or explore the outdoors with new experiences such as bird watching with Swarovski Optik binoculars or enjoy the property’s Fender guitars for a jam sesh.

Detroit’s first and only Michelin Key hotel is spreading the love all Valentine’s weekend. On Friday, February 14, San Morello will serve Southern Italian special dishes for a romantic night out, including saffron arancini with braised lamb, cavatelli with mussels, and a 36 oz dry-aged ribeye. On Saturday, February 15, local artist Nicole Cunningham of Create Tingz will be onsite sketching portraits for a handcrafted keepsake. On Sunday, February 16, Living Room Jazz Night returns with local artist Kathy Kosins in the hotel’s lobby lounge.
