Lomond letting agency group has signed a deal with listing service Zoopla for two years.
Zoopla’s products include Valuation Booster and Featured Agent. Valuation Booster pre-selects a a branch in the top 6 agent positions when vendors request a valuation, while Featured Agent highlights an estate agency’s branch to people looking for an agent to help them buy or sell a home.
Lomond brands comprise of KFH, DJ Alexander, John Shepherd, Linley & Simpson, Brand Vaughan, Thornley Groves, Miles & Barr and Charters, managing over 60,000 properties across the UK.
