Grammy Award-winning artist Tyler, The Creator has once again joined forces with footwear brand Converse to release a new line of retro-inspired sneakers, that are available for purchase starting today.
Called the “1908” collection, this drop is a fresh reinterpretation of Converse’s classic archival sneakers (the brand was founded in 1908), reimagined through Tyler’s playful and offbeat aesthetic. While several sizes and colorways have already sold out, a small selection is still available, so if you’re hoping to snag a pair, it would be in your “Best Interest” to do so now.
This limited-edition collection features two distinct styles: the Converse Coach Jogger — a low-top sneaker that was introduced back in 1976 as an Olympic track shoe — and the Naut-1, a casual boat shoe first released in 1971 and designed for everyday wear. Both models are available in several different colorways for men and women, and prices start at just $80.
Tyler, The Creator’s collaboration with Converse, is part of the brand’s 1908 Program, an initiative that works to bring back classic silhouettes from the company’s past. By updating them with a modern edge, this special program not only pumps new life into iconic styles but also aims to honor Converse’s legacy while introducing timeless favorites to a new generation of sneakerheads.

“The Converse Archive is a living testament to cultural influence and creative risk-taking, holding over 10,000 cataloged items that span more than a century—from the 1870s to today,” Sam Smallidge, Converse’s Archive Manager, told Rolling Stone. “Archival styles aren’t about chasing trends; they’re about rediscovering icons. 1908 isn’t just a reference, it’s a design language that continues to inspire and inform the creators we empower.”
This isn’t the first time that Tyler, The Creator, has teamed up with Converse. In 2017, the duo released Converse One Star sneakers — redesigned with key elements from Tyler’s brand, GOLF le FLEUR*. These shoes featured bright, punchy colors (much like this current drop) and the same preppy, playful elements that GOLF le FLEUR* is known for.
