These beloved Aldi finds each won a coveted Product of the Year Award, and earned said distinction after roughly 40,000 American shoppers voted for them via a nationwide survey.

This year, the winning items spanned across 42 distinct categories in food and home, and eight Aldi products managed to take top honors. One such Aldi find—the Aldi-Exclusive Savoritz Cheese Crisps handily won the Better-for-You-Snack category, beating out other healthy chips, crackers, and more. 

So, why exactly do shoppers love Aldi’s Savoritz Cheese Crisps so much? Per the Aldi website, this savory snack is made entirely from aged Parmesan cheese and doesn’t include fillers or artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. The cheesy treats are also packed with protein, boasting an impressive 13 grams of the muscle-building nutrient per serving, yet they have no carbohydrates or sugar. Plus, while snacks can be costly, a 2-ounce bag of these cheese crisps costs a mere $2.65.

While you can nosh on this beloved snack solo, Savoritz Cheese Crisps are also incredibly versatile. Enjoy them as part of a charcuterie board or cheese plate, dunked in your favorite dip, or use them as a topping for salads or soups.
