Am I overreacting or did I break up with my bf for a good reason?

Okay so I(F18) was going out with my now ex (M21) for 2 years and I was recently in the hospital for 8 days as I had internal bleeding in my stomach. Now through out these eight days he did not visit me at all and then he had the audacity to ask me for nudes.. a few days after I left the hospital and went to his house and just told him that we were done then he sent that message to me after (second slide). I’m just wondering if I’m overreacting or not?
