Batman Blu-rays
So what’s on offer? In the Blu-ray department, there’s quite a bit here to help pump up your Batman library of movies and TV series. 2022’s superb The Batman movie starring Robert Pattinson in the Pattsuit is down to just $15 for the standalone 4K Blu-ray version (normally $35), while Christian Bale’s iconic turn behind the cowl is $34 for all three films starring his raspy-voiced Caped Crusader. That box set also comes with the movies on standard Blu-rays and a wealth of bonus content to watch to see just how this incarnation of the character came to be.
The animated Batman movies and TV series are also pretty great, starting with the Tomorrow Knight, Batman Beyond. There are both Blu-ray and DVD versions of the cool animated series starring Batman’s successor, or if you’re keen to watch something more traditional, Justice League Season 2 is also a pretty good purchase. Sure, Batman might be sharing the small screen here, but this series has held up well over the years and sees the Gotham vigilante take on global threats to PC.
Batman vs. Two-Face is another easy recommendation, as it reimagines the 1966 incarnation of the hero in animated form. You get all of the campiness, even more action, and the late Adam West bringing his usual A-game to the role while William Shatner steals scenes as the infamous supervillain obsessed with duality.

Batman Graphic Novels
On the graphic novel side, there’s enough content to keep you reading for months. The Absolute edition of Batman: Arkham Asylum is a haunting read that is as close a reproduction to artist Dave McKean’s original artwork as possible, and if you’re looking for the maximum bang for your buck, the Batman: Black and White box set is a collection of five paperback graphic novels that contains some of the most memorable Batman adventures by some of comics’ top talent. It’s worth noting that Target is also running a B2G1 promotion, and you can click that link to see all of its bat-inventory in case you’re looking for something specific.
If you have a DC Comics fan at home, you might want to consider picking up the DC Comics Encyclopedia. A few classics are also on sale here, including reliable favorites like Batman: Year One, The Dark Knight Returns, and The Killing Joke.
