Bethenny Frankel Selling Greenwich Home in Private Listing

Bethenny Frankel is looking to sell her Greenwich, Connecticut, home as she does a little real-estate shuffling before her move to Florida. “Page Six” heard from its whisper network about the off-market listing — Frankel is apparently asking $8 million for the renovated Colonial, built in 1743. (We know this, in part, because during a recent home tour — another hint she may have been ready to list — she keeps repeating “1743” while gesturing at various details in the house.)
Frankel announced her plan to make Florida her primary residence last week, but she is apparently keeping a Southampton beach house and an apartment on the Upper West Side. By making her primary residence an address in Florida, she’ll cut down on her taxes and join a wave of rich New Yorkers who say they live there for six months and a day out of the year.
But Frankel has also talked about the nightmare of her divorce from Jason Hoppy, who made FaceTime calls to her “numbering in the hundreds,” according to the NYPD, then got arrested when he showed up at their daughter’s school and “tried to provoke a fight.” (He took a plea deal.) Their custody agreement was finalized in 2021, and Frankel’s engagement to Paul Bernon fizzled out last year, leaving her, it seems, free to do as she pleases.(In her announcement, she called the move “the best and healthiest decision for myself and my daughter” — 14-year-old Bryn, who plays volleyball.)
Good luck finding a spot in a posh school, though. Stephen Ross is building as fast as he can, but the exodus of the wealthy to South Florida has left very few seats at top schools. Volleyball scholarship?
