AIO for how i reacted to my boyfriend ignoring me for now 3 days ?

so before the ignoring i didn’t really see any signs of disinterest coming from him but he was a bit distant towards me. i’ve been texting and calling him for about 2 days now and he’s turned off his read receipts so i wouldn’t know if he looked at my messages or not but i last night i texted him on a different app and it says seen, which is how i know he looked at all my message. id say we’ve been together since october and there are times where he’d go in a bit of a state of depression, not really talking to me but he’d always say something about it, which is making me wonder if it’s particularly bad for him right now. i was talking to my friend about it and she said to give him a few days of leaving him alone and if he responds that’s that and if he doesn’t i should break up with him, is that a good course of action or should i do something different ? for reference here are the messages i’ve sent, so am i overreacting and overthinking this ?
