Coffee Mate Releases New Kit Kat Flavor

Candy for breakfast? It’s not only possible but super legit, thanks to a new product that will turn any morning coffee into a decadent sweet treat.

In Late July, Coffee mate announced its partnership with Kit Kat for a brand new flavor of creamer that transforms the flavors of the iconic American chocolate wafer candy bar into a sippable indulgence.

Available in supermarkets in a 32-oz bottle for $4.69, the Kit Kat Creamer can mix with any brewed coffee, instant coffee, or iced coffee for a morning pick-me-up, mid-day treat, or any time you like coffee (midnight sipping? We don’t judge). Made primarily of sugar, soybean oil, and various stabilizers and flavor additives, Coffee mate’s Kit Kat Creamer and all its other creamers are dairy-free, meaning vegans can enjoy the flavor of Kit Kats without any milk or lactose products.

Coffee mate already makes several creamers inspired by popular candies, including its gluten-free Snickers coffee Creamer and Zero Sugar Twix Creamer. Rice Krispies Treats Creamer, Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Creamer, and Zero Sugar Cinnamon Roll Creamer are also on the Coffee mate menu.

The new Kit Kat creamer follows Coffee mate’s release of seasonal flavors, which the brand explained are all inspired by current lifestyle trends.

This spring, the brand introduced its first-ever “dirty soda” creamer, a combination of coconut and lime designed to mix with Dr Pepper so consumers can easily recreate the creamy soda trend at home.

And there’s more to come. Coffee Mate says it’s also releasing two new seasonal iced coffees debuting this fall — a Pumpkin Spice Flavored Iced Coffee with notes of pumpkin and warm spices and a Peppermint Mocha Flavored Iced Coffee. There’s also a new Coffee mate Caramel Apple Crisp Flavored Creamer on the horizon, which is reminiscent of sweet baked apples, cinnamon spice, milky coffee notes, and caramel, along with Coffee mate’s Zero Sugar White Chocolate Peppermint Flavored Creamer, which is expected to hit store shelves later this year.

“Consumers constantly experiment with their cups from hot to cold, savory to sweet, morning to evening. We’re celebrating those coffee enthusiasts’ love of different preferences and seasons,” Leonardo Aizpuru, the vice president of brand marketing for the beverage division at Nestlé, shared in a statement provided to Food & Wine. “Our priority is to continue delivering innovative flavor creations for all experimentation moments.”
