Comedian Josh Wolf Signs With Activist Artists Management

Josh Wolf has a new home at Activist Artists Management.

The veteran multi-hyphenate has signed with the firm for representation on a team that will be led by Activist’s Bernie Cahill, Caitlin Stone Jasper and Grant Pennel.

The news comes as Wolf is currently on the road on his High in Life tour. He’s got stops this weekend at Magooby’s Joke House in Timonium, Maryland, before moving on to Las Vegas next week at Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club. The tour continues through June 21, but he’s got a big night planned for Zanies comedy Club in Nashville on April 2, when he’ll record his newest stand-up special. Said to be a blend of comedy and music, the special will feature a lineup of special guests. Produced under Avery Pearson and Jeremiah Watkins’ new banner Thousand Percent, the special is being eyed for release later this year, making it Wolf’s fourth stand-up special in six years and his newest following 2024’s Four Stories.

“Josh is one of the most versatile and dynamic comics working today,” said Bernie Cahill, founding partner at Activist Artists Management. “From his formative work on Chelsea Lately to his hit podcast and global touring, Josh’s humor resonates across everything he does. We’re excited to work with him as he continues to evolve, push creative boundaries, and make people laugh.”

Added Stone Jasper, partner and head of activism: “Josh and I have known each other for over a decade, and I have always admired his creativity, hustle mentality, and the way he intertwines music into his comedy. With our comedy department now flourishing at Activist, we are thrilled to welcome him as a client. Our team is ready to dive in and unleash our collective energy to take his business to the next level.”

Wolf first turned heads as a comedian and panelist on Chelsea Handler’s Chelsea Lately and After Lately. He went on to create and front The Josh Wolf Show and Josh Wolf’s Wonderful World of Weird. He now co-hosts the podcast Hey Maaan, a rare offering in the space as it features a unique family dynamic with his own son, fellow comedian Jacob Wolf.

Wolf has written and acted on My Name is Earl, All of Us and Raising Hope. He has been a regular panelist on Lights Out with David Spade and has appeared on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. He has toured the globe and has a weekly residency at Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club in Las Vegas. His other writing credits include 2013’s New York Times best-seller It Takes Balls: Dating Single Moms and Other Confessions from an Unprepared Single Dad.

Wolf continues to be repped by WME’s Silvio Lund and attorney Jared Levine at the law firm of Yorn, Levine, Barnes, Krintzman, Rubenstein, Kohner, Endlich, Goodell & Gellman.
