Craft Your Own Beer With the Ultimate Smart Brewing System

Homebrewing has always been a hobby for someone with hyperfocus, a penchant for science, a decent expendable budget, a desire to do a lot of pot scrubbing and line cleaning, plus plenty of extra space. These requirements have kept homebrewing out of reach for many enthusiasts.

That is until hobby homebrewing was wholly reinvented. The iGulu F1 is a sleek, self-contained, compact, countertop, all-in-one brewer that makes it possible for anyone (and we mean anyone) to brew beer at home. Right now you can get the iGulu F1 beer making system for $600 using the $100 off coupon.

Jordan LaFontaine, a certified beer judge and the blogger and YouTuber behind Iconoclast Brewing, spent years perfecting home brewing after stumbling onto the hobby. “Over the years, I’ve been through every type of home brewing system you can imagine,” LaFontaine says. “Today, I brew about 20 gallons a batch and run a homebrew club.”

Currently, LaFontaine is using the iGulu F1 to ferment some of his wife’s favorite wine, a Moscato. He just finished a batch of hard seltzer and will make kombucha next. But his first effort with the one-touch brewer began with one of the company’s many beer pouches, loaded with pre-measured yeast, hops, and dry malt extract. Add water to the fermentation tank, pop it into the iGulu F1, and you’ll be brewing a pale ale, Belgian-style wheat beer, or amber lager in minutes.

Confident brewers can make other types of beer, wine, kombucha, or seltzers using recipes on the company’s websites or their own.

The system ensures constant pressure and temperature, guaranteeing a consistently high-quality beer every time. It’s also a rapid-colling chilled dispenser, so there’s no need to worry about having room in the fridge for your fresh batch. The F1 can dispense beverages at temperatures from 35 to 53℉.

“Traditionally, brewing requires a lot of transferring to different containers, but with this machine, everything happens in just one container,” LaFontaine says. This means minimal cleaning and the usual need for extra space and equipment is non-existent.

Some forums have suggested that the compact iGulu F1 also offers skilled homebrewers the opportunity to do smaller test or split batches.

“It’s like a Keurig for beer making,” says the YouTuber. “It’s very much a countertop device. Whereas my other systems take up half of my garage. And the automated features make it simple to use.”

At the time of publishing, the price was $700, $600 with the $100 coupon.
