Diddy's Assistant Says He Sexually Assaulted Her 'More Than Once' — And Recounts Grisly Details Of Cassie Beating

Oof. This is one of the most harrowing testimonies in the Diddy trial so far.

The rap mogul’s former assistant took the stand on Thursday. She wishes to protect her identity best as possible, so she’s been identified in the court only as Mia. And Mia has a hell of a story to tell.

The witness explained even from the beginning of her employment there were huge red flags. Diddy met her in his underwear, she said — and told her he had extreme needs. She had no idea how extreme things would get.

Mia told the jury Combs was violent to her whenever he’d get upset, that he’d “thrown things at” her. He once “threw an ice bucket” at her head, she recalled. And there was one incident in which the WiFi on his computer went out, and he told her she “should talk to Bill Gates” if she had to in order to fix it for him — before throwing the computer at her head, barely missing. JFC. She also recalled he would throw her “against the wall” and “into a pool” once.

In another incident, he got annoyed with her for walking too close… and snatched her phone from her. Mia testified she “threw off [her] heels” and ran after him, but he ducked into a bathroom and slammed the door on her hand — then ran past her. When she finally saw him later, he told her:

“I sent all your naked photos to my phone so that I got something on you if you got something on me.”

Disgusting. She said she didn’t have any nude photos on her phone, so she knew it was just a bluff. But it’s still deplorable behavior for a boss.

All the while she was working constantly. Mia testified she once she had to stay up for five days straight to keep up with Diddy’s needs. She took Adderall to keep from crashing — but eventually her body went anyway. She went deaf, couldn’t stand up straight, and saw “lights that weren’t there.”

She worked in the “toxic” environment for eight years. Why stay? She wouldn’t be the first abused employee to stay at a job. Her starting salary was $50k in 2009. That’s pretty good for an assistant. And of course there’s always the fear of unemployment and the promise of a more prestigious career. Working for someone with Diddy’s power could, in theory, be quite a stepping stone.

It wasn’t worth it, of course. Most disturbingly, Mia testified that Diddy had sexually assaulted her. And he did it “more than once.”

In her tenure from 2009 to 2017, Mia could corroborate some of Cassie‘s testimony. She was present for the 2013 incident which both Cassie and stylist Deonte Nash testified about, in which Diddy allegedly beat his girlfriend and shoved her into a bed frame.

Mia says Diddy was hurting Cassie so bad, she and Deonte tried to stop him, even jumping on his back to try to physically keep him from her. Deonte’s story was the same — he had told the jury how the rapper threw them off. Mia told the court through tears:

“I realized we were in real danger.”

They couldn’t stop him. He “slammed” Cassie’s head into that bed frame, she testified, splitting her head open. Then he turned to his employees and passed the blame to them — she recalled him saying:

“Look what y’all made me do.”

She recalled the volatile Diddy “immediately snapped to protector mode and asked to have a doctor he knows called to tell them Cassie had fell and injured herself because she was drunk.”

But he wasn’t her protector. He was the danger. To his loved ones and to his staff. Scary stuff.
