When is Prime Day 2024? 

Although the major retailer has yet to announce this year’s dates, the two-day sale has typically landed in mid-July, just in time for Amazon’s birthday. It usually begins on a Tuesday and finishes up on Thursday, with last year’s sale launching onJuly 11 and July 12. 

What is Prime Day? 

Amazon Prime Day is a seasonal summer sale event. The major retailer cuts prices on products in every category, including kitchen and home picks. It’s typically 48 hours, and many deals are reserved exclusively for Prime members. If you’re not yet a Prime member, you can always take out a 30-day free trial to score the best deals and unlock other benefits, like faster shipping and access to Prime’s streaming services. 

How long is Prime Day? 

Historically, Prime Day has been a 48-hour event, beginning  at midnight PT and running through midnight PT two days later. Last year, it began Tuesday July 11 at midnight PT and ended on Thursday July 13 at midnight PT.
