Grocery experts and food enthusiasts on the internet are often the best sources for discovering which items to try next. We did a deep dive into TikTok to reveal the best premade and frozen meal finds at Costco that should be added to your grocery list.

All of these items, whether frozen or refrigerated, are designed to be ready in less than 10 to 15 minutes. But of course, a quick turnaround isn’t the only reason to buy a meal—these are also delicious and come highly recommended by the content creators who reviewed them.

Here are the best frozen and pre-made instant meals from Costco, based on reviews from popular TikTok creators, grocery hauls, and at-home cooking videos.

Giovanni Rana Chicken Alfredo Tagliatelle

New York-based content creator Jaz, known as @justjazzzyidk on social media, is a passionate fan of Costco. She frequently mentions her membership and enjoys driving to Costco to pick up her favorite easy weeknight meals. 

In a TikTok video, Jaz tries the Giovanni Rana Organic Chicken Alfredo Tagliatelle, which the packaging notes includes fresh spinach, for the first time to share her live review. 

This item isn’t a frozen dinner, but rather a refrigerated meal kit that requires little to no prep. The package includes tagliatelle and a packet of chicken alfredo sauce with grilled and seasoned chicken breast strips, spinach, onions, parmesan cheese, and roasted garlic. Jaz shares that the meal took less than 15 minutes to make, and she would recommend it to others, saying, “I’m a fan, I would buy this again in Costco. It was a good deal too. Anything Costco, good deal.”

Don Lee Farms Crispy Shredded Chicken Tacos

These crispy handheld bites are also gluten-free and received rave reviews from TikToker Jade Amber (@jade.amberrr). According to the packaging, the Don Lee Farms Crispy Shredded Chicken Tacos feature crispy, gluten-free tortilla shells filled with seasoned, shredded antibiotic-free chicken and melted cheese inside. 

You’ll find 16 tacos in the box, which is divided into packets of two. Amber makes them in an air fryer to make them extra crispy and enjoys the hand-held bites so much that she laments, “I’m just going to be so sad when these are gone. I’m going to have to go to Costco and get them again.”

Pasta Prima Spinach & Mozzarella Ravioli 

Popular TikTok creator Vidya Gopalan (@queencitytrends) shared a clip of her daughter cooking with one of her favorite ingredients from Costco: a pack of frozen Spinach & Mozzarella Ravioli. As the name suggests, these ravioli are filled with mozzarella and spinach, and the filling is enhanced with additional ingredients like breadcrumbs, garlic, parmesan, and Romano cheese. The frozen ravioli also includes an herb and cheese seasoning packet that contains more parmesan, Romano, and spices.

After boiling the ravioli, the family garnishes them with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil before sprinkling on the seasoning packet of herbs and cheese. Gopalan says the herb and cheese seasoning mixture has a notable garlicky flavor, and her daughter considers this to be the most delicious aspect of the meal. 

Kirkland Signature Cheese Pizza 

Frozen pizza is a classic quick meal, but not every pie is perfect. Considering the wide array of options out there, pizza lovers often have high standards — especially for a simple cheese pizza — and it seems like Costco understood the assignment. 

Cecily Bauchmann (@cecilybauchmann) is one of many parents across the country who rely on this affordable staple for easy, kid-approved dinners. (To give you a point of reference for price, a box containing four Kirkland Signature Cheese Pizzas costs $13.79 at a Costco in New York City. That’s less than $4 per pizza, making this much more affordable than delivery.) 

When posting a Costco shopping haul for her family of six, Bauchmann took a moment to express her family’s love for the Kirkland Signature Cheese Pizza, which you can find in the grocery chain’s frozen aisle. Other users also rave about this item, noting that they love how cheesy it is and appreciate the satisfying cheese pull its slices yield. 

The creator tells her followers, “These are so good, you guys — you have to try them. They are a staple in our house.”

Sandwich Bros Chicken Melt Flatbread Pocket Sandwiches

The chicken melts from Costco have devotees across the country, including mother-daughter food duo Meg and Maddie, known as @floridamomof3 on TikTok. These sandwich pockets, made with flatbread, feature crispy chicken and American cheese and can be microwaved in 50 seconds (although the mother-daughter duo air fried them for 10 minutes instead). 

The packaging suggests eating them with a side of hot sauce, but pickles would be a great addition too, especially because this sandwich is so simple. Its short ingredient list could be a boon for parents with picky eaters.

Maddie and Meg aren’t the only TikTokers highlighting these sandwiches online. Influencer Avery Woods (@averyywoods) also spotlights these chicken melt pocket sandwiches in the freezer aisle in one of her Costco vlogs, saying this is “one of the best things Costco sells right here.”

Crispy Beef Birria Taco Kits 

Traditional birria is a labor of love, calling for a long list of ingredients and an investment of time that’s well worth the effort. Our own birria taco recipe from chef Claudette Zepeda calls for marinating and chilling the meat for at least four hours before slowly simmering it for several more hours until tender. However, if you don’t have the time to make birria on a weeknight and don’t want to splurge on takeout, Costco might have a helpful solution.

Food creator Casey Ferguson (@thecaseyferguson) reviewed the Crispy Beef Birria Taco Kits from Costco, calling them simply “fire” in a video she posted to TikTok. This refrigerated meal kit comes with eight tacos along with a side of Spanish rice, lime wedges, and consommé (the rich, spiced broth used for dipping the tacos). “This is definitely worth it. A lot more flavor in there than you would expect,” Ferguson says, telling her followers to look for the Crispy Beef Birria Taco Kits in the cooler section for premade meals at Costco. 

Garlic Parmesan Butter Rolls

While this might not serve as a main dish, this recommendation could become your new go-to side for weeknights or potlucks. The content creator duo Jas and Kam (@jtkravingzz) — known for food review TikToks filmed in their car — picked up these garlic parmesan butter rolls from Costco and immediately drove home to bake them in the oven.

“It smells like an Italian restaurant,” Kam says in the review. And after the first bite, he describes the rolls as “pillowy, garlicky clouds”. As for the final score, Jas rated these premade rolls an 8.5 and Kam rated them a 9.5 out of 10, which sounds like we need to snag some ASAP.
