To join the festivities and celebrate the new year, Ryan Seacrest will mark his 20th anniversary as the host of Dick Clark‘s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve once again from Times Square in New York City.

Airing live on ABC and streaming online, the 2025 broadcast will feature performances from Lenny Kravitz and Blake Shelton, to Alanis Morisette with Reneé Rapp and Carrie Underwood.
“I have such fun memories of performing on New Year’s Rockin’ Eve in Times Square in both 2007 and 2015, and I’m so excited to perform just before the ball drops again this year,” Underwood previously shared in a statement. “I’m thrilled to celebrate 20 years since winning American Idol by joining Ryan as he hosts his 20th New Year’s Eve in Times Square.”
Rita Ora, Rob Gronkowski, Dayanara Torres, and Jeannie Mai will co-host alongside Seacrest. Dasha, Kesha, Laufey, Luis Fonsi, Teddy Swims, TLC, and a long list of other artists will also perform during the live broadcast. Shortly after the clock strikes midnight, the Jonas Brothers will hop on the stage to celebrate their 20th anniversary with a performance that ABC describes as a “career-spanning medley performance.”
