I Easily Built This Wayfair Dresser and It’s on Sale

Living alone has its perks, but I’d be lying if I said adding new furniture to my space is not a burden, especially if it has to be assembled. My small bedroom needed more storage, and I was on a mission to find an affordable dresser that looks elevated, has plenty of drawer space, and is slim enough to not jut out too far into my room. 

I’ll be honest: Paying to have a furniture piece put together was out of my budget, so finding a chest that wouldn’t be too hard for me to build solo was my main concern. This vintage-style dresser is available in three colors, rustic gray, white, and dark brown. Each drawer’s front panel features crown molding and a metal ring handle that makes it look far more luxurious than its affordable sale price. The drawers’ interiors are spacious enough for bulkier items, including thicker sweaters and loungewear, and the top surface is roomy for holding my extensive perfume collection and accessories. 

When it came to building, the directions were straightforward to follow thanks to helpful illustrations. It did require a power drill and screwdriver to piece together, but no other tools were necessary. I’m confident that if I had an extra pair of hands to build it, I likely could have finished quicker, but overall, it was easy enough on my own. The solid wood makes it extra stable; however, it does come with a wall anchor if you want to secure it in one specific spot. 

While other shoppers mentioned it took a little time to build, the dresser was overall “easy to assemble.” One person snagged two, styled them side-by-side for a larger console, and said they were “well worth it” for the price.
