Justin Timberlake Desperate To Resurrect His Career After DWI Arrest & Tour Disaster — By Doing THIS! 

Justin Timberlake is considering something he said he’d NEVER do to save his failing career!

When JT said his DWI arrest was gonna “ruin the tour,” he meant it! Things have been downhill ever since that Sag Harbor police run-in. Not only did his album not take off the way he hoped, but he struggled to sell concert tickets, dealt with an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction, and then enraged his loyal fans by canceling his last show of the US leg just minutes before he was supposed to take the stage. Not great!

Because of all these mishaps, he’s now considering doing an *NSYNC reunion! Yes, really!

A source close to his team told the DailyMail.com on Wednesday that the performer was embarrassed during his concert when he’d ask fans to sing along to the 11 songs off his new album that he included in the setlist, only to realize fans didn’t know the lyrics. Oof! An insider reflected:

“He made a decision on what his tour was going to be all about, and he stuck with it. He loves his recent album and loves performing it.

But he gets it maybe wasn’t the best choice:

“[He] understands why people are upset with him for cancelling some of his shows or disappointed in his concerts for not having enough of his old music.”

Since things have gone so poorly, and he knows his past with Britney Spears is going to come back to haunt him (again) once her upcoming biopic releases, he’s willing to do anything to please the few fans he has left!

The lackluster response from his latest album and The Forget Tomorrow World Tour has now “made him realize what needs to be next, and that’s an NSYNC reunion.” Wow!

While he previously said he’d NEVER go back to his boyband days, he’s seen the massive success of former rivals the Backstreet Boys — who just landed a summer residency at the Las Vegas Sphere and have been selling out several tour dates. Now, Justin wants a piece of that nostalgic success of his own!

The father of two is now planning to “monitor” the Backstreet Boys shows “because when NSYNC comes back, there is a big decision on whether or not they should tour or have a residency.”

Here’s the thing, though. If this does happen, it’s not gonna be that soon. He still has to finish the international leg of his tour, which has him performing until late July. Then, according to the insider, the SexyBack artist is going to spend time with his family, may consider doing a film, and then, finally, *potentially* he’ll “reunite with his boys.”

The band, including JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Lance Bass, previously reunited for a song on the Trolls soundtrack. Lance and others have been very outspoken about wanting to get the band back together — and now it might actually happen.

The insider said Justin feels a reunion is the one thing that will “get him back on track and in the good graces with fans that he may have lost,” expressing:

“It will reinvigorate his career, and he is ready for a reset.”

Oh, man. Things must be REALLY bad if he’s finally willing to dive back into his *NSYNC days!
