Housebuilder Crest Nicholson has launched a development in Faversham, Kent, called Crown Meadows.
The properties are a mix of two to-five bedroom properties which are energy efficient and surrounded by green space.
The developer has spent more than £1 million on local infrastructure and services, including an NHS Healthcare centre and youth services, as well as open space and recreational areas.
Faversham is the oldest market town in the country.

The development has access to the M2, leading North toward London, and the A2, providing access south to Canterbury.
For those who travel by rail, Faversham train station is reachable in 10 minutes by car or by bus from Crown Meadows, where there are at least three trains an hour to London with journey times of just over one hour.
