The police have figured out what drugs Liam was using on the day he passed away and authorities have explained how the substance can alter someone’s mind.

The cops in Buenos Aires told TMZ that Liam was using “Cristal,” a drug “known to cause psychotic attacks and hallucinations.” The drug is also known to make people aggressive, which explains the reports that he trashed his hotel room and caused a commotion in the hotel lobby.
It is believed that Liam jumped from the balcony of his third floor hotel room “and it sounds like this drug, and its effects, could be to blame for his erratic behavior,” according to TMZ.
Authorities think he could have been hallucinating as a result of the substance.
People reports that a hotel employee is the one who gave Liam the drugs and an indictment against the person could follow.
“There appears to be evidence that a hotel employee sourced the drugs for Payne,” the source said. “An indictment for drugs distribution could follow shortly.”
