His family – including mom Karen and dad Geoff – released the following statement to the BBC: “We are heartbroken. Liam will forever live in our hearts and we’ll remember him for his kind, funny and brave soul. We are supporting each other the best we can as a family and ask for privacy and space at this awful time.”

We are still awaiting details of what might have happened yesterday, but a 9-1-1 call was released, providing a little insight.
