Earlier this week, the 66-year-old “Material Girl” singer took to TikTok to share a video of herself while showing off her new lapis-and-diamond grills.

In the video, Madonna lip-synced to the trending audio of rapper That Mexican OT‘s song “Hardest Ese Ever,” before pointing to her mouth to debut her new grills.
