Cat stuck on tree for more than 3 days

Seeking advice/help – We have a cat stuck on a tree for at least 3 days. I suspect more as he usually comes around our house every day and we didn’t see him from Feb 19 and then noticed him on the tree on Feb 21st. We have 2-story ladder but it was not tall enough. Called several shelters but they don’t have any climbers, no arborists were interested in coming out of 7 contacted. We’re in Lawrenceville, GA – maybe someone knows a volunteer climber who could help the kitty? It looks miserable and most likely dehydrated.
