Pic for attention. 
He's skittish but I see him hanging around the house where they used to live. They moved out a couple of weeks ago. I've been putting cat food outside for him and I've sent my former neighbor a message that I've noticed he's still hanging around and do they want help catching him? I haven't recieved a response yet. Is there someone I can report this to??? I feel so bad for him, he looks really confused as to what's happened. If I didn't have two cats already I'd just bring him inside but I have a responsibility to the pets I already have. Poor baby.
