My parents threw away three of these perfect pumpkins we were given by our elderly neighbor, because they believe she is a witch.

Since I was a very young my parents always told me some pretty strange stories about witches in our village. I shouldn't talk to them and shouldn't accept any gifts from them. Today our neighbor came over to congratulate my grandpa for his birthday and bought these pumpkins along. I was really looking forward to have them for dinner but now they're in the garbage. Which means a lot, because my parents rarely throw food away. We live in Germany, btw.
