New homes launch in Worcestershire

Some 22 homes are being launched in Evesham, Worcestershire, by Kendrick Homes.

Properties at ‘Maypole Place’ start at £295,000, while there are 2, 3 and 4-bedroom properties.

Every home is fitted with photovoltaic panels, air source heat pumps, LED lighting and electric car chargers, with the scheme boasting a large green space at its heart.

The developer will also be offering Discounted Open Market Value Homes, with six properties available specifically for local people to help them get on the ladder, with 30% and 40% discounts available.

James Rennison, managing director at Kendrick Homes, said: “Maypole Place is an important development for Evesham and provides much needed access to beautiful homes, ideal for young couples, families and downsizers.

“We don’t just build properties; we build communities, and we are delighted to be able to roll-out the Discounted Open Market Value scheme on this development.”

Maypole Place offers the ideal blend of countryside and market town living, as there is a regular Charter Market, held every Saturday.

The nearest local primary school is less than half a mile from the development, whilst the Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ Prince Henry’s High School is within a mile.

Rennison added: “Living here puts you in the heart of the Vale of Evesham and within easy access to a motorway network that will get you quickly to major centres, such as Birmingham (33 miles), Stratford-upon-Avon (15 miles), Oxford (44 miles) and Cheltenham and Worcester (both 18 miles).

“Rail travel is also easy, with Evesham just a seven-minute drive away. This means that you can enjoy tranquil country living at Maypole Placve, whilst being extremely well connected for work and leisure.”
