Nikki Garcia and Artem Chigvintsev Drop Dual Restraining Orders Amid Divorce Settlement
Nikki Garcia is starting on a fresh slate.
The former WWE personality, 41, has deleted all of her photos from her Instagram account, leaving only her profile photo and biography in its trace.
Nikki’s social media reset comes less than a week after she and Artem Chigvintsev—who share 4-year-old son Matteo—settled their divorce.
“Nikki and Artem have settled their divorce and will not be going to court,” a spokesperson for Nikki told E! News in a Nov. 20 statement. “Nikki’s No. 1 priority has always been her son and privacy on the matter. She is thankful for all of the love and support she has received during this difficult time.”
The couple’s divorce settlement was also shortly succeeded by them dropping their dual restraining orders against each other—which they had filed shortly after Artem was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence in August, but was not charged.
A rep for the Total Divas alum told E! News that the couple “decided to drop the domestic violence restraining orders against each other in an effort to move on with their lives and effectively co-parent their son.”
