North West Makes Her Stage Debut In ‘The Lion King’ as Simba, Sings ‘I Can’t Wait to Be King’ – Watch Now! | North West, The Lion King | Just Jared: Celebrity News and Gossip

North West has officially made her on-stage debut in a live production of The Lion King!

The 10-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West hit the stage at the Hollywood Bowl on Friday night (May 24) in Los Angeles.

While her role was not previously revealed, it seems she portrayed Young Simba in the live concert based off of video of her singing the song, “I Can’t Wait to Be King.”

Also featured in the production, which is celebrating The Lion King‘s upcoming 30th Anniversary, are original Broadway cast member Heather Headley, as well as Jennifer Hudson and original stars from the movie Jason Weaver, Nathan Lane, Jeremy Irons and Ernie Sabella, as well as Billy Eichner from the 2019 remake.

This live concert, The Lion King at the Hollywood Bowl, will also take place on Saturday night (May 25), and it will be filmed for a Disney+ special debuting later this year!

Among those in the audience cheering on North were her parents, Kim and Kanye, siblings Saint, Chicago and Psalm, grandma Kris Jenner, aunt Kourtney Kardashian and uncle Travis Barker.
