Life Is Strange Dev’s Next Game Is A Sci-Fi Adventure Where You Play As A Lost Astronaut

Don’t Nod announced its next game, Aphelion, at the Xbox Games Showcase. The upcoming narrative-driven sci-fi adventure game is set to launch for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC in 2026.

As seen in the announcement trailer, Aphelion sees you play as Ariane, an astronaut lost on the newly discovered ninth planet in our solar system (sorry Pluto) named Persephone. It sounds like the game may also see you play as Thomas, a fellow astronaut that Ariane is searching for. The duo are surveying the plant to see whether its habitable after humans mucked up Earth.
