Officially Licensed Horizon Forbidden West Aloy Action Figure Is Highly Customizable

It’ll probably be years before the next game in the Horizon series arrives, but why wait when you can continue the adventures of Aloy in your home? Thanks to this officially licensed Horizon Forbidden West Aloy action figure from Spin Master, you can explore the dangerous frontier of your backyard and strike some pretty impressive poses while you’re out and about. Just watch out for those roaming robot vacuum cleaners if you venture inside.

Priced at $50 and arriving on August 1, this isn’t an inaction figure. The six-inch tall replica of Aloy has dozens of points of articulation and she’s armed to the plastic teeth with her bow, a quiver of arrows, and a spear. Her costume is very detailed, but for an added touch of customization, you can swap out her hands and faces for different pieces. The figure comes with six different hands to help hold her weapons, and her optional face-plates include a range of different emotions and even some war-paint. This is a non-talking figure as well, so Aloy won’t be constantly telling you how to complete tasks around your home.

For something a little more on the high-end side, there’s also this terrific PVC statue of Aloy from Dark Horse Comics. While you can’t change her pose–unless you have some superglue and you don’t care about its resale value–this 1:8 scale does look fierce and is beautifully detailed. For more companion pieces, The Art of Horizon Forbidden West is a full-color hardcover book featuring concept art and creator commentary about the game, Horizon Zero Dawn: The Board Game is plenty of fun for up to four players, and you can even whip up some meal with The Official Horizon Cookbook: Tastes of the Seven Tribes. Is anyone up for a plate of spicey beanweed morsels?

If you haven’t played the games yet, you can pick them up for a great price over on Fanatical and Amazon. The PC versions of Horizon Zero Dawn and Forbidden West include the base games and all of their DLC, and if you have the right hardware, these look stunning with all the graphical upgrades cranked up to 11.
