Our best performance came from Pfizer (PFE +9.5%), which jumped after beating revenue and earnings expecations, and hiking its full-year earnings forecast by 9.3%. Qualcomm (QCOM +8.4%) broke out to a two-year high after topping earnings expectations and boosting profit forecasts.
