A really spacious and beautiful one-bedroom co-op for an eye-poppingly low price. The apartment comes with a huge foyer, ample closet space, hardwood floors, and a view of Van Cortlandt Park. The bathroom, though, probably needs some updates. The neighborhood is cute, if snoozy. Are we not talking enough about Riverdale and Fieldston?
