Rob Lowe and his son John Owen‘s time in the gym is paying off!
On Tuesday (May 27), the 61-year-old Parks & Rec alum shared a shirtless gym selfie on Instagram alongside his 29-year-old son as they both posed shirtless while flexing their muscles.
“Lowe family tradition: self indulgent shirtless gym photos,” Rob captioned the post.
