Rosie O’Donnell is showing off her weight loss results!
Over the weekend, the comedian took to Instagram to reveal she’s transformed her figure… With the help of weight loss drug Mounjaro! But before we reveal her new look, take a look at her BEFORE in a photo of her hosting the Friendly House LA Comedy Benefit in 2022 (below):
Fast forward three years and she’s a transformed woman! In her IG post on Friday, the 63-year-old revealed her AFTER in a photo of herself performing onstage in a green shirt and dark pants. She wrote:
“I can’t believe this is me now #mounjaro #weightloss #bodydismorphia”

In 2023, Rosie opened up getting started on her Mounjaro journey. She explained in a TikTok at the time:
“Christmas I stopped drinking anything except water. I have had champagne one night that was a toast and I had wine one night, so it hasn’t been 100 percent. But I really stopped drinking like five or six Diet Cokes a day. All I drink is water now. And I’m not eating sugar as much as I can.”
