Ryan Seacrest and Kelly Ripa are still on good terms years after his departure from Live!

The 50-year-old television personality gave details about how he stays in touch with Kelly and her husband Mark Consuelos after he left the ABC talk show in 2023.

“I love that show. I had a blast doing it. Kelly and I are still the closest friends, Mark too. Mark and Kelly have invited me to come on in a couple weeks. So, I will be there. The trifecta, we’ll be on the set. I can’t wait to see them,” he told E! News.

Ryan joined Live! in 2017, replacing Michael Strahan. When he exited the show six years later to focus on other commitments, Mark took his place.

As for Ryan‘s recent endeavors, he is currently hosting the 23rd season of American Idol. He also took over for longtime Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak last year.
