Savills has expanded its super prime lettings business beyond the capital with a team covering the prime rental market across the UK.
The advice firm said the growth of the department reflects an increasing demand for top-end rental properties in the commuter belt, the Cotswolds and further north.
Lifestyle priorities are said to be changing, owing to work relocations, as well as requirements for pied-à-terres (secondary or temporary lodging) and weekend homes.
Isabella Birch Reynardson, head of super prime lettings at Savills, said: “The profile and needs of our clients continues to evolve and it is essential that we are able to service them through one specialist department.
“As well as drawing in multi-discipline expertise from the wider UK business where required, the global nature of our clients means that we are also in regular contact with teams around the world, from Monaco and the Riviera through to the US and Asia.
“Through our expanded team, we are now a full-scale operation able to guide our clients through the entire letting journey wherever and whatever their rental requirements in the UK might be, delivering a bespoke and discrete service every time.”
Savills said its coming together as ‘one team’ will offer clients an enhanced, niche service, leveraging their specialist knowledge to provide advice to landlords and tenants.
The department will work with members of Savills Private Office, as well as its Sports Media & Entertainment team, who provide services to those seeking rental properties close to training grounds or filming locations.
