Scream 7 is going to be an epic movie based on the cast that is being assembled for the movie, including some OG actors joining the cast despite their characters already being dead.
Kevin Williamson, who wrote the screenplay for the first Scream movie and later created the series The Vampire Diaries, is taking over directorial duties for the next movie.
Neve Campbell, who plays Sidney Prescott, signed on for the project earlier this year after skipping the sixth movie due to a dispute over her salary.
The cast for the movie has gone through some major changes due to some behind-the-scenes drama involving the studio and some actors. While some fan-favorites will return, others are not coming back. Plenty of new faces are being added!
Scream 7 will be released in theaters on February 27, 2026.
