As silly as New Year’s resolutions can feel, this time of year is a good time to take stock of goals I’ve put off but want to make habitual. One of my resolutions is quite simple: remembering to take my vitamins. My issue is that I always forget to carry them with me, and I usually don’t remember them once I’m home from work. To help me, I found the perfect collapsible cup with a pill compartment that’s lightweight and easy to take anywhere. I plan on keeping it in my purse so I can take ’em wherever I am.
I’ve also made the very cliche move of joining a new gym and committing to more morning exercise, and am in the market for products that make it easier to get up and out the door at 6:30 a.m. I have my eye on a mini steamer (see below!) for post-gym/pre-work clothes steaming so I don’t roll into the office looking disheveled. Shop these and some more clever items I love below!
The First Ever Iced Coffee Maker
If you’re a fan of iced drinks and single-serve machines like the classic Keurig, you’ll be delighted by one of Keurig’s newest introductions: the K-Brew + Chill Coffee Maker. Unlike most machines that require lots of ice in order to fully cool your iced coffee, this machine flash-chills the liquid so it comes out fully cold—no need to add ice unless you want to! Not only that, but it also makes hot drinks, so you don’t have to decide between the two when purchasing a machine for your daily cuppa. Plus, the reservoir has a 70-ounce capacity, so you don’t have to add water as often!
A Heated Ice Scraper

Frigid winter weather has arrived, and with it often comes dangerous—and frankly, annoying—icy conditions. Scraping the ice off your windshield can be a huge pain, especially if you’ve got places to go (and don’t we all?). Enter: this amazing heated ice scraper meant specifically for your windshield. It plugs into your car’s 12V outlet and has an 11.5-inch cord so you can get all the windows and mirrors de-iced. It also comes equipped with a 17-inch extendable handle in case you need to get into hard-to-reach spots.
A Collapsible Cup With a Hidden Pill Compartment

Perfect for camping or anytime you’re on the go, this travel tumbler collapses down to flat and has a handy carrying case so it stays clean. Toss it in your purse or clip it to a backpack with the sturdy aluminum carabiner. Best of all, it has a hidden compartment in the case so you can stash vitamins, ibuprofen, and daily meds to take wherever you are—which is especially useful if you’re like me and usually forget to take such pills before you leave the house!
A Wireless Charger for Book Lovers

Looking for a more discreet and stylish way to charge your devices? This cute charger looks like an antique book, but slip your device on the front cover and watch it charge up! When you’re not using the charger, you can tuck the cord and brick (along with remotes or anything else you want hidden) into the interior of the “book” so everything stays neat and tidy.
An Electric Squeegee for Cleaning

This electric squeegee does more than just move cleaning liquids and water to a different part of your window—it sucks up the dirty solution so you’re left with sparkly clean, streak-free glass. To make sure you’re using this rechargeable device to it’s full potential, start by making sure you spray a cleaning solution on whatever surface you’re cleaning, like shower walls, bathtubs, or windows. Next, lightly wipe with a microfiber cloth—you shouldn’t be doing any heavy lifting here, but it’s just to prime the surface a bit. Lastly, spray another coat of your solution, turn your electric squeegee on, pull it over the surface, and watch your glass or tile sparkle!
A Colorful Portable Steamer

I don’t know about y’all, but I fully rely on my steamer to get my clothes wrinkle-free and ready to go. I’d say I use it nine times out of ten when I’m getting dressed! Considering how we’re all constantly bopping around in our daily lives, it’s good to have a reliable and light steamer that doesn’t weigh you down. That’s why I’m into this one from CHI—it’s compact, weighs less than a pound, and releases powerful steam for up to five minutes, which is great for such a small water reservoir!
