Jenelle Evans Serves David Eason With Court Summons – And He Threatens Her On TikTok Over It!

David Eason is promising that his and Jenelle Evans‘ separation will be a “wild” one. Uh-oh…

After recent revelations from the Teen Mom star’s rep about the complications between her and her hubby whilst he was living on her boat, he decided to speak up for himself! As we previously reported, while the 35-year-old was spending time on her boat — you know, after the police had let him back in the home to “protect” her — she ultimately decided to call it quits. Her manager August Keen denies it was ever because of those rumors of her raging jealousy, but there are plenty of other things that could have been going on! And now David is telling his side of the story.

In a recent TikTok video that appears to have since been deleted, he completely blasted his soon-to-be ex wife! In fact, he claimed that she actually tried to file a restraining order against him not too long ago — and he got served with those papers while still living on the boat:

“Jenelle tried to file a restraining order. She doesn’t want me to talk about her personal business. Well guess what, you made that decision for yourself.”

He went on, slamming Jenelle for all her supposed dirty sheets, as he put it:

“You made your bed, now lay in it. And if you can’t go to sleep in the bed you made, it’s probably because you didn’t make you bed right. You’ve got some dirty sheets.”

“You made your bed, now lay in it”?? That’s rich coming from the guy who slaughtered the family dog in front of a child and is also now facing felony child abuse charges!! He’s not accepting this restraining order without a fight, though. And with it, he promised a bitter battle until the end:

“When we get to the courtroom, I’m bringing all the info, baby. I’m bringing all the receipts, and you ain’t getting no refund. It’s going to be wild. It’s going to be a very interesting day in court.”

Icky, icky, icky. Not that we expected anything different, but it looks like Jenelle is about to have a hard time while trying to separate…
