You might not have heard from the Queer Eye star in a while due to some disturbing allegations made against him. That left him taking a step back from the spotlight…

But he’s back again — and this time there have been some huge changes. In a new Stories post on his Instagram, the 37-year-old shared that he’d dropped an impressive 66 pounds with a dramatic before-and-after reveal.

In a preceding post, the hairstylist explained exactly how he did it, something he isn’t shy about… despite the controversy attached. That’s right. He’s been using GLP-1 drugs — which you’d know by brand names like Ozempic and Mounjaro — to drop the weight. However, there’s more to it than that! It isn’t just a prescription on top of business as usual! He explained:

“I want to note glp-1s have been a huge help, I have also made major other changes. First was my diet obvs, second was way less alcohol, and finally group pilates which has been most pivotal. My mental health and overall feeling is a different universe since last year and the biggest change was group fitness. Overall though, I’m so proud of myself and want to share. Take what works for you & leave the rest.”

Group fitness, eh? That sounds really positive! We’re glad JVN is putting in the work on his body. We hope he’s putting in work everywhere else, too. Ozempic is far from his only controversy.
