Customers looking to buy certain Tesla (TSLA) Cybertruck models can now do so a little less expensively.
The electric vehicle maker is offering discounts of $1,600 up to $3,270 on 12 Cybertruck models, according to its website. The least-expensive Cybertruck is currently available for as low as $78,390, down from about $80,000 previously. CNBC reported Wednesday that the discounts started this week.
Tesla did not immediately respond to an Investopedia request for comment.
Tesla said earlier this month that it delivered 495,570 vehicles in the fourth quarter, higher than a year earlier but short of analysts’ expectations. The company didn’t give a Cybertruck delivery number at the time, but said it delivered 23,640 “other models,” which includes all vehicles besides the Model 3 and Model Y.
Shares of Tesla fell 3.5% intraday Thursday after jumping 8% a day earlier.
